The Help Desk understands the need for you to have your passwords reset and accounts unlocked as timely as possible. Here are a couple of suggestions to expedite your request:
Call the Help Desk, 877-875-3723, and you will have the option to press 1 to leave a message for an analyst to return your call as soon as possible. Be sure to leave your name, BATS User ID, and contact number.
Send an email with your name, BATS User ID, and contact number to:
email@example.com The Help Desk has someone monitoring the Help Desk Mailbox, and will work password resets and account unlocks as priority requests. An emailed response will be sent to your email account as soon as possible.
If you have an after hour’s emergency, then please dial 877-875-3723 and push the # sign to connect to an assistant.
